This happened to me in some matches today. In other matches I was able to revive people. It seemed to be match specific. Either I was able to revive everyone in a skirmish match or nobody at all. My squad mates had the same issue.

Apparently it's mail coming from EVE players and we just can't see it. It's a known issue and CCP is working on it. If you have an EVE account you can log in and check you mail there.
